Barn/Out-building Conversions

It has to be said that one of our favourite projects is a barn conversion!

Every barn/out-building of age, no matter if it forms part of the curtilage of a listed building, or not, should be treated with the same respect as if working with a listed building.

We generally apply for full plans approval, rather than Class Q, as the latter is too restrictive.
